Program that limits net transfer

Hello,

I have a router and I need control and watch my users' transfer in my local subnet. How should I do that? What software should I use?

My router is ASMAX Br-615n.

  Are you trying to measure user's transfers within your private subnet, or to measure each user's internet usage?
