how to redirect one domain to another domain in DNS ?

How do i redirect one domain (www.abc.in) to another domain (xyz.com.) in DNS Server setup in forward Zone file ? thanks !!

• To clarify Krissi's post, a redirect is not an operation that can be accomplished in DNS, however you can create a CNAME record that will resolve one domain to the IP address of another. If the target is using a virtual host configuration with their webserver, this may not accomplish what you want (target may not be accessible, may show another website, etc). What you're talking about is an operation in HTTP, which is part of a webserver's configuration.
